Saudi Arabia has made it easier than ever for people across the Gulf to perform Umrah. Citizens and residents of GCC countries can now travel for Umrah anytime during the year, entering the Kingdom through any land, air, or sea port. Applying is simple—just use the official Nusuk app.
This update is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader efforts to simplify the pilgrimage process and make the experience more accessible and seamless.
In addition to citizens, GCC residents can also perform Umrah using various visa options, including Umrah visas available directly on nusuk.sa
As part of the Umrah season schedule, the Ministry announced that it will no longer accept applications for new external agent qualifications. All contracts with Umrah companies must be finalized and recorded by the first day of Shaaban in the upcoming year.
According to the updated timeline, Umrah visas will no longer be issued after the first of Shawwal, and pilgrims must enter the Kingdom by the 15th of Shawwal. The final date for departure will be the first of Dhul Qi’dah.
